Have you come across any photos of that roundabout? I've looked through some of the video links but haven't seen a clear photo of it. We've worked on similar problems here. One new roundabout had three truck roll-overs in the first two months of operation. Conventional wisdom suggested it was an issue with road camber. We argued (successfully) for installing several vertical visual elements to slow drivers' approach speeds. No roll-overs at the site in 3 years since.
