Hi Everyone. I have a question about my 2015 Prius smelling like it is running hot. I drove uphill in the mountains for about 40 min in power mode instead of eco mode and air on. When I pulled over for a look out the car had a faint smell of being hot (smelled like melting plastic). It only has about 10,000 miles on it. Does power mode cause it to run hot? What would cause it to smell after uphill driving? Do I need to get it checked out? Any help is welcome!
Only 10K miles on a 7 year old car? Lol... That smoke is alotta dust that engine collected finally burning off! Don't breathe it... There's way more interesting things to smoke.
