Hey all, This is the second winter rust has formed/paint has chipped in this area of my Prius V. It's located on the back door, right side, above the license plate. Underneath the corner of the panel that hides the light and rear door handle. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to remedy this problem?
