Hi all, I was looking at the back of the Prius V in my lane way. And noticed that their are little bubbles of rust starting. Now it is a 2012, but that is not really an area that sees a lot of salt (live in Canada). Any one else noticing that their V is starting to show paint bubbles? A friend said I should be taking the car to the dealership as it looks like manufacturers problem not geographical location. Brian
Yup, take it to the dealer. That is a defect unless you gouged the paint a while back and now moisture is penetrating to the metal.
