Mandate that all homebuilders, beginning in 2011, make solar panels a standard option for homebuyers, just like marble countertops." I'm glad she passed my suggestion to the state level where they are trying to adopt it. I think they should name it the burritos mandate, though people might confuse it with an immigration bill.
