I am contemplating purchasing a ScanGauge II tool to fix a few issues I've got with my 2010 Prius III - but I do want to make sure it would indeed fix these issues before investing that kind of money. 1> TPMS - can I register IDs with the TPMS system with this, check IDs already in the system, read pressures, check battery life, that kind of thing with it. Dealer REFUSES to diagnose this problem, so I am left to do it on my own. 2> Reverse beeping - I've heard I can change this setting with this tool, but I wanted to make sure. Dealer will adjust this for $300 a modification, not including tax and shop fees. 3> Other adjustments of 'Customizable Options' as detailed in the Owner's Manual. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
No. SG can not adjust anything here. Yes you can set to one beep. Seatbelt warning disable and a few other minor things There is a spreadsheet with all the codes.
