2024 LE AWD (non-prime). I hooked up an old scanguage II to read engine coolant temp, but the scanguage turns off about 10 seconds after car goes into EV mode, and the scanguage doesn’t turn back on automatically when car comes out of EV mode. Does anyone know how to get scanguage II to stay on when car is in both EV and ICE modes?
First, make sure it is on hybrid in settings. That will keep it on when the engine turns off while the car is still on. If that doesn't work, it might need a firmware update. Just contact Linear Logic, they have great customer service. They did a free(minus shipping to them) update for me when the scangauge wouldn't work with a new car.
