2013 Prius TWO Hi everyone! I'm looking to purchase a second set of rims for my snow tires to make it easier to switch out each winter. I'm sure some of you have already done this - just stock rims (I think they are 15"). Would love to hear from anyone who has had success with this. Also, not sure what to do about the sensors in the valve stems - can the car handle two sets of these? Thanks! Patrick
I bought a new second set of wheels (steel) at Discount Tire for right at $200 for my snow tires and "did not" swap or get a second set of TPMS sensors. The dash light is on all the time, but I check my pressures at every fill-up so not a problem. Many here do this.
I have a set of original 2nd generation Prius rims in very good conditions that I do not use anymore. I had sold my PIP few months back. $250.00
