Hey there Bisco, Im looking for an initial diagnostic as my modules are reading all good volts at ~7.6; the rest of the system (ex. computers) Im unclear to diagnose and address my yellow triangle that deters from DRIVE or REVERSE. Once the technician diagnoses, then cheapest options from there on... - parts replacement/ swap - rebuilt exchange - new lastly
infact i had a nasty little spark session earlier today that fried my flex head 1/4" socket (wrench is OK, but socket is done) and welded 1x bolt to a battery module ( i cannot extract nut off) i lucked out big time i will never use flex head sockets while working with electricity again after a quick break, i proceeded to test the modules; all are reading fine at ~7.6 volts now its the ancillary components I am ignorant of
gotcha. if no one has a suggestion, you might call member eric becky in madison. he might know of a place. all the best!
UPDATE. the Prius is back up and running! I replaced the battery module with 1x new mail order ($18) along side new order of nuts ($13/bag-o-100) and 1x new copper bus plate ($2) i recycled the orange plastic protector, by exacto-knife-carving it out and freeing it from being trapped underneath a melted in copperplate-nut (see pic above) pretty strait forward with module removal and replacement im so excited Prius is back up and running! LESSON LEARNED- don't use a flex head socket wrench around electricity
