I wonder about the exact procedure for selling to a buyer from Nevada. I have a clean pink slip and registration - original owner no accidents. I'm pretty sure Nevada laws do not require a smog certificate as a condition of sale. My car runs wonderfully, as it has for 245,000 miles. But I don't want to go through the ritual of getting a catalytic converter here in CA (please don't talk me into it!) Has anyone done this or know the details?
