Hi All, Just wondering if anyone here in SoCal got a great service adviser at Longo that they'd recommend? I wanted to bring my car in for some rattles that's been bothering me a lot since I purchased the prime last month. Knowing some service advisers, they will see it as no big deal and will give me the run around that it cant be fixed or not a big enough issue to be looked at. I'm trying to avoid that issue, and was hoping if someone could recommend me someone that can take care of my issue without giving me the runaround. I've had my previous Lexus checked at Longo Lexus for rattles, and with the right adviser, they would put help me get it fixed (multiple times). Hoping I can get lucky and get a great adviser as well. Thanks!
