I am very pleased to report a positive experience for routine service at Holman Toyota in Mt. Laurel, NJ. All I wanted was an oil change. I specifically expressed this to Mark, the Service Writer. He tried to upsell me on a tire rotation & recall work which I declined. He didn't push the matter. As suggested here I left a note on the dash: Do not overfill oil. Do not wash. Do not adjust tire pressure. Do not perform recalls. Before leaving the lot I checked the tp which was unchanged & the oil level which was not over full. Good job keeping the customer happy guys.
