Yes I got ripped off once. The second disk I ordered finally arrived. Before that I found another offer for direct download. Both the same thing. My 2 cents: it's worth getting, apparently the genuine thing, apart from some dead links. But I found it very terse, cryptic tome, poorly organized. I acquired quite a few Honda paper Shop Manuals over the years, they are much friendlier, well layed out.
