So my wife is older than me and sometimes that leads to an "Opps" moment like Monday's call from the hospital about "Your Mom . . . ". My wife's recent e-coli infections have been rough on her. So today, I visited my cardiologists who basically is very pleased with my health: excellent blood test results - I explained my engineered diet,'Start with a list of foods you like ...' blood pressure down w/o medication - my family physician wants more stressful exercise but I've been 'distracted' by my wife's recent hospitalizations and they frown on wearing roller-blades in the hospital. 'Any visits to the hospital?' - just to support my wife. My wife's recent illnesses are keeping me sleep deprived. The cardiologists asked how old my wife is and I said,"I'm 64 and she is older because I married a cougar 37 years ago." Bob Wilson
