Hello I was thinking about buying one of the Shark Fin antenna's. Can someone tell me if I try to install and mess up, will it (the adhesive )screw up the paint on my car? Or is it pretty fool proof.
You do have some room to make adjustments while aligning the shark fin. The glue is pressure sensitive; once it is align, you apply pressure to activate the glue. The instructions are simple and if you use painters tape, you can first align the antenna and tape the perimeter. Then remove the paper covering the tape and place the antenna within the taped area.
