Does anybody have issues contacting these folks? I ordered some lowing springs and its been well over a month and I have trying to contact them cancel my order. I have called and used the message system quit a bit with no response. Last response was they were going to contact the manufacture about the delay and that was back in Jan 23, 2019. My bank is willing to drop the charges but i rather have shop prius chat com refund me instead.
