The dealer didn't put me on a waiting list so to speak. He checked the inventory that the dealership was going to receive and found a Prius on there that matched the model/color I wanted. I put $100 down and am now in the process of getting a decent interest rate to lower my payments. They're trying to stick me with 7.9%... :cussing:

I actually might try and see if another Toyota dealer in the area can do better. We will see.. either way there will be plenty of pictures once I have my beloved Prius.
Update: I was able to get a much better APR through Costco's Auto Fiance Program. It was a pretty painless experience too. Mostly online based and then phone confirmation.
Well, the dealer called me at 10:30 saying the the car was ready for pickup and arrived Thrusday. I went down there around 12:30 or so and drove home a bit after 3:30 with my brand new Prius. I love it and am so shocked that I got the car just one week later. Pictures will be coming soon!
