When in my 2012 Prius v advanced, I could hold down the iPhone button to activate Siri and it would come back with a beep at which time I would say “msg Mike” and Siri would come back and say “what would you like to say to Mike.” In my Prime when I activate Siri, I get a beep on see a mike on the 11 inch screen but I can’t get Siri to respond to any of my voice commands. Bottom line is, it works on my 2012 Prius but not my 2017 Prime advanced. Any ideas ?
You have to set the input for your entertainment system to bluetooth. (no clue why, and yes, it is a step backwards)
