does anyone know how to hook up a sirius sat(not xm) on a 2012 Prius model 2?? I want to use a factory touch screen to control if possible.......
Maybe IPOD app? You better have unlimited data. Does the 2012 have an aux input (minijack)? Plug n Play is the other way to go. That won't give you control with touch screen. New HU (aftermarket) are Sirius XM ready. The XM satellites are used. Looks like the XM satellites are the future (really the present). The music stations are the same. Best of Sirius gives XM subscribers HS and NFL. Only "problem" are those Sirius subscribers with lifetime service. I don't think Sirius XM looks at that as a problem.
No not on the mdl 2, either RF into the fm radio or aux audio plug, only controls will be on the reveiver itself, not the touch screen.
