Hello, i have problem with my prius Gen III, i want to know, maybe someone have literature about smart system Gen III, o blokcs diagram. I have another prius with new key and want to clone smart key system but i can't find smart key block. Maybe, someone help with what? Thank you.
I don't think you could clone your smart key for each smart key is embedded with its own code I suppose :"
The Smart Key cannot be cloned. Additional unique keys can be purchased and added (3 or 4 maximum), and it might even be possible (though totally not advisable) to add the same key to two cars if they're of the same generation. Think of it this way - if you can clone your key, so can a thief.
