We had a large dog run in front of our 2011 IV sloar and disabled it. She pushed the SOS button and they towed it to the nearest dealer. Guess what? Only certain dealers have body shops and the dealer ask me what do you want me to do with this? 15 Extra miles and it could have been towed to a full service dealer. Needless to say it was towed again to a repair shop near the dealer that did substandard work. My advice is get all your body work done at a dealer as the front end assembly is not for a wino that just got out of jail.
