Spare tire availability on 2019 XLE FWD?

Is it known if the FWD-only 2019 XLE comes with a temporary spare or not?

And does the answer change if you get the moonroof package that also comes with 15" wheels instead of 17" wheels?

(And that struck me as a bit odd -- usually bigger wheels and lower profile tires come in add-on packages rather than having an add-on package take them away. What's with that?)
