rec'd an email this evening to upgrade my 2012 nav. dissapointing as I have contacted the dealer many times (no response) in reference to a few streets in my town that have been there a few years but don't show up on a nav system in a 2012 model year car. figured a 2012 nav model year should have at least the current map of October of 2011 (typ new models out that month). anybody else get the email? think they're asking $165 for upgrade group buy?
Upon further review: They are offereing the 2011 version, V.11.1, for $139. They are offereing the 2012 version V.12.1, for $169 They are: Peak performance in Agoura Hills, CA. not Toyota. I may have over-reacted. Still an incredible and amazingly fascinating story. Right.
The email I received indicated that the Entune version would not be available until January 2013. The previous versions are available now for those prior to 2012.
