can anyone tell me if you have a iv ,without navigation is there any ability to use bluetooth for your cell?? how about speed dials??? the info seems to be very conflicting only talks with nav.. thanks
Yes, bluetooth works with either voice commands or displays on the radio display panel, and speed dials are accessed via the 6 radio preset buttons when the phone is off hook.
AND, if you use any of your speed dials from your phone, it'll automatically go through the car. Lovin' the bluetooth. Your call will even have ring specific tones, just like your phone.
I went from a 2006 Nav to a 2010 NON Nav it takes some time to get to the hang of it but it does speed and voice dial preset your numbers and off you go . Thank heavens for speed dial cause that lady just keeps talking .I cute her off .I'm too impatient to wait for her to stop. I know I'm rude but she just talks and talks and talks Dial already!
Has any one programed your voice mail into speed dial? I tried to duplicate my speed dial that I use on my cell (example 804-555-1212(pause #1234#)) I have the number programed under my speed dial including the pause and the # ) Nothing past the number for my cell is dialed when I try to use the speed dial feature.... any one else found a way to make the pause and secondary number sequence work for them???
