Can someone tell me if P/N 84306-0E010 cable will work in my 2005 Prius package 6 and navigation? Seems to be the most popular cable available. Thanks.
I have used that exact part number on my 2006 Prius and it worked perfectly. I bought mine on eBay for $44.99 with free shipping. The pins did not fit in perfectly and required some finessing. It took a long time to get them to line up and snap in all the way. Take your time and don't force them or they will bend and it makes the job harder. Make sure the wheels and steering wheel are straight when you start and disconnect the 12v battery.
I received the cable and yes the pins need a bit of alignment but not much. Now if the rain would stop I could install it.
