I've got a 2010 Prius, 1.8l...had main battery replaced. Somebody put the wrong coolant in, so I drained and bled the cooling and inverter system. I have a DTC p3190 and p3191. I checked with a new airflow sensor, a new throttle body, check all of my sensors and everything is plugged up. I haven't checked fuel pressure with a test kit but did disconnect like by fire wall and it's pissing pretty hard.
Did you do any work on the car before this no start problem? Check for a vacuum hose that may have come loose or is not connected. FYI, the car is not stalling. It is just not starting during the cranking of the engine by the electric motor. What is the charge level of the HV battery? What are you using to retrieve the trouble codes? Make sure your MAF and your MAP sensors are clean I just went through this I was boggled by the nonsense to be honest with you apparently this can make the car not start and if it was to start with a real dirty sensor it'll make it run so bad it sounds like the engines about the fall out of the car you will turn the car off immediately if not a car person you will think the whole world is falling down It's unbelievable I have had map sensors go bad and many other cars pretty uneventful in the Prius it's like the death rattle. But it's worse louder the whole engine is jumping up and down like it's just going to roll over and fall out on you.
When you go to attempt to start the car do you see your HV battery on the display Is it all the way down?
