My 2015 Prius has started to have two short mini-honks every time I start it. Also at the same time, the KAAR brand alarm that was installed by the dealer when the car was new has stopped honking twice when the locking/unlocking the car. Besides these two simultaneous changes, no behavior of the car has changed. I tried disconnecting the 12v battery in the back and reconnecting it but the same behavior occurs. Has anyone else had a similar experience or have an idea of what might be going on? Thanks!
