Steering wheel controls not working

    Recently replaced the clockspring for my 3rd gen prius because a few buttons and horn didn't work. Now with the new clock spring none of the steering wheel controls work, no light for the buttons but the horn works. I am wondering if I maybe shorted out the power for the controls. Is there a fuse location for these steering wheel controls?
