Does anyone have a problem with a scratched steering wheel? It is the part that covers the airbag. Mine looks terrible! I don't wear any type of jewelry yet it is terribly scratched. Dealer told me they haven't had any complaints and that's it's user problem (meaning me).
Mine is still fine. You must be scrapping something across it. I know all the plastics in the pruis scratch easy.
How long have you had the car? When did you first notice the scratch? Have put anything big or heavy into or out of the car from that side? I think one poster reported that the dealer had to remove the driver's seat and scratched his when they took it out or put it back. If there is any chance whatever that it could be your fault Toyota is not going to pay to fix it.
