In the Fuel Economy forum, there's a sticky "February MPG Averages" thread that hasn't been posted to since February 2005, and a non-sticky "February 2006 MPG Averages" thread that people are posting to this month. Should the February 2006 thread be made sticky (and the other February thread non-sticky), or was the intent to use the generic February thread for every February? I have another 11 similar questions, but I'll hold off on them for now.
