Strong Arm Prius Trunk Lift Struts

    Hello,

    I need to replace my Prius trunk lift struts. I was looking around and saw that the Strong Arm 6244 is what is needed yet amazon says it is not compatible. Does anyone have any experience with these and are currently using the 6244 model ?


    Also does the struts come with new metal clips that fasten the ends of these struts or do I reuse my old ones ?? I purchased some aftermarket stuts about 2 years ago and open/close my trunk alot and they are not working properly anymore after such a short period of time so I heard strong arm struts are good.

    Maybe this needs to be moved to maintenance now that I think about it.

    hey there its been awhile but how has the Steonarm 6244 been holding up since this post on 2015?
