Recently the rear suspension of my car has started to pop as the suspension articulates (at low speeds into a driveway or parking lot). If I try to enter the CVS or Wal-Mart parking lot, as I hit the ramp (right hand turn--90 degrees) the suspension goes through a fair degree of articulation. This causes the suspension to pop as it compresses, left side pops under a right turn and vice versa. This only occurs at low speeds, when making a turn that also involves quite a bit of suspension articulation. Anyone has any idea what is causing this issue?
Time for either CV Joints or McP struts if it was the front. Sure its not the front? How many miles on car? Not much in the back except shocks. Have someone bounce the car while you look under there. Or jack up the back and take a 2x4 under the wheel and using a block as a fulcrum jack the wheel up and using the 2x4 through its travel. You'll find it there.
