2013 PPlugIn with low miles and well maintained. It may have said, “System not Installed” It is a friend’s car. When APPS button is pressed, all that happens is a message appears on screen … System Not Found Also Bluetooth pairing unavailable. And no apps nor NAV Radio works as do other car features. Any ideas what is causing this? Is a system reload needed or possible? if so, how do you do it? Is this a DVD reload or a USB Thanks for any suggestions from people with knowledge of this car. Is there a service manual available?

There is a way to get to the MFD screen called Maintenance Mode for the Gen 3 Plugin. And ( possibly ) another for getting into the Gen 3 headunits info and testing screens I don't know if it'll work on the Gen 3 headunit, but you can try it and if it works for you that would be a great thing for us to know about. Turn the car On (two presses of the Start Button with foot off the brake pedal) Hold you finger on the Apps button While pressing the App button, turn the headlights on three or four times. To exit the headunit Info and Testing screens Long Press the headunit ON button of Turn the car off. I think the above procedure is the one that will be the one that has the info you're looking for.... but in case I'm wrong and the info you need for your Gen 3 is in the maintenance mode screens I think these instructions for getting into maintenance mode are the same for both Gen 3 and 4. AMD from the car car nut channel gives more info about the maintenance mode
Yes they killed Entune in 2020 but they state the existing apps should still work fine. Thanks for the reply
