Hi All, So I have been able to fix up my last Prius and program the key fobs on the car with the Techstream Lite software, I am wondering if the same exists for Dodge cars? My brother has a 2002 Dodge Neon, and none of the key fobs work on that car (oh the irony ), was wondering if something equivalent of Techstream Lite exists for Dodge cars?
Here are instructions; Dodge Neon 2000-2006 Remote Programming Instructions They start by saying "ATTENTION: You MUST HAVE one working remote to add one more to the system. If you do not have one working remote right now then these instructions will not work. You will have to have a Locksmith or dealership use a computer to program the first remote for you." Could it be bad batteries in the key fobs for his neon?
