Telematics > 2 Error codes On Prius 2019

I have Prius 2019 A touring premium selection Japan car. We live in Bangladesh.
We can bring used Japan cars here in Bangladesh. (For your info)

I have a ODB scanner and i checked today and found 2 error codes. I knew many Japan car functions will not work in our country Bangladesh.

Can you tell me what to do?

What are the tasks of this Telematics thing in my car? And how to resolve these 2 error codes?

Or I can ignore as these errors? I can also disable Telematics service as well for my car?

Is disabling Telematics harmful In our country, Bangladesh?
