Temp Light on Dash not matching OBD2 Temp

I have a situation where the dash board over temp sensor light does not match what I am reading on Torque connected to my OBD2.

I can be reading 202 on Torque, but the temp sensor light be on, conversely, I can be reading 218 on Torque but no dash light on.

What problem am I looking for to solve this problem.

Mileage on the vehicle is 230k+. I plan on doing the EGR cooler clean soon.
