Attached 2 pics I took while walking by the downtown dealer of Tesla in Munich, Germany - "conveniently" located next to an office of SWM, the public utility company, offering a re-charging station just in front of the dealer's shop. The first image reads: "Tesla Roadster, immediately available at 99.960€, 100% electric, 400Nm from the very first [engine] rev, 3.7secs from 0 to 100km/h, 340km range, 0 emissions" The second is one of the 3 versions of their model, shown at the dealer. Essentially they are marketing it as a fun car, rather than anything else. Also because with 100k€ there are plenty of fun cars to buy, especially from German manufacturers - and those who have this money, they have no problem buying fuel, even when it is at 1.5€/L...
