Can people post back with how long it takes for their info to show up in TFS after purchase? It's been almost a month now but when I call the TFS phone number and enter my social/ZIP, it says they don't have my info in their system.
you will get a letter with the account number on it. when you get that letter, enter the account number at TFS website
yeah, first payment is 11/15. but anyway, i'm trying to preempt the letter, because obviously there's some delay between them assigning the number and the letter getting mailed and actually arriving, so the phone system should be able to pull up my info something like a week before the letter comes… when did your letter arrive?
not sure, looked up my letter, it's dated April 28, 2012, purchased PIP April 23, 2012. The first billing statement was dated 4/30/2012. first payment due 6/07/2012
yeah these guys are taking forever with the paperwork, still asking me to sign forms! not really complaining because I got a great deal but still…
