I want to thank all the members on this site who provide all the valuable information that is shared with others. I had some service done on my Prius, and after reviewing some older bills I noticed these services were done before on a Toyota Recall and Warranty Repair. The services done involved changing the coolant fluids. I brought this to the attention of the service manager and he told me it was not necessary to replace all the fluids. I thought it was. I did some research on this site, found all the documents I needed and wrote a letter to the service manager and owner. There was no way they could dispute these documents. They called me today, and said they were offering me a refund. I have bought many cars from this dealership and after this will continue to buy cars from them. They agreed they were wrong.
