Hi. I am putting this here because I am not sure if you will see my response to the original post. I thought you guys would find this interesting, I am a novice inventor and in 2003 I had the idea of putting electrical turbines on car axles to generate electricity when the axles spin. It just popped into my head. I found out that a patent was issued in 2004 for this idea. I am not sure if this would generate a lot of electricity, but it might, why the patent holder doesn't have this on cars yet is beyond me. I hope to see it happen someday. JP
