what are the black platic thing under 2004-2007 prius bumpers called? and how much do they cost to have them replaced? is it possible to DIY? i'm particularly interested in the piece under the rear bumper and in the middle. it looks like to me a quite small piece of plastic and attached by some anchors. shouldn't be that expensive and difficult to replace. anyone had any experience?
