I just found out this morning that the cover on the bumper is missing. :( It must've dropped while going over a street bumper. Does anyone know what that "square" thing that covers the hole is called? Or where I can get replacement parts? Is it cover by the standard warranty? Thanks!

It's for inserting the tiedown bar that you'll find in the back on top of the spare tire. They use it to secure the cars when being transported by ship to keep them in place.

Tow trucks use them to pull the car up on the bed. At least that is what my manual says.

Yes, it's a cheap part, but it looks bad without it.
