    Right... While you're dreaming about it, our cars since 1981 have been getting over 25 mpg. 500 hp belongs in a Greyhound bus.

    While that may be true, we can't let the crazy Germans unleash their ridiculous S63AMG, CLS63AMG, CL63AMG, SL65AMG and other unnecessarily high-powered cars that do 15mpg or worst.

    If Lexus can make the LS600h with 500hp and get the fuel efficiency of their "fuel-sipping" V8 or even a "fuel-gulping" V6, people will think twice before buying those Mercedes.
