Did anyone else see the remake of "The Goodbye Girl" on TNT today? If you've seen the original, it has the same plot, the characters have the same names, and it was just as good as I remember the movie almost 30 years ago. However, some of the details have been updated. Elliot now has a cell phone, but it breaks, so the initial scene from the phone booth can be replicated. Paula gets a job displaying cars at the (New York?) auto show... and she is advertising the 2004 Prius!
