The main engine keep running all time

    My combustion engine keep running all time. I have check engine light on and it said check hybrid .

    Is it because the inverter or water pump.

    I will take it for scanner check tomorrow.
    Also if anyone experience similar issue .
    I am trying to buy obdII scanner .
    Can u suggest any brand

    Without those codes, it's impossible to tell.

    Make sure you take it to a place that can read all the Prius hybrid codes. Not every scanner can do that.
