Does anyone remember what the cabin of the 2006 Prius looked like? I remember it so well! I drove that car for 300,000 plus miles. I LOVED this car so much! When I was forced to sell it, I bought a 2013 Prius. The cabin looks like something from the deck of the Star Trek Enterprise! I miss the old layout. The old layout had two cup holders in front AND a folding piece that opened up two more cup holders that were right behind the driver seat. Additionally, there was a huge drawer that pulled out under the cup holder mechanism AND the center compartment. I worked on the road at that time and made many trips from Michigan to Georgia, Ohio, Louisiana, Florida and all through Michigan. This layout was AMAZING! If there is anyone in design reading this, please consider bringing this design back. The new layout has two cup holders, the middle section that opens up to a small size space or a bigger space and then a middle section. The middle section though is concealed by the bridge piece that has jets across it. There is no drawer, there is no fold open place to hold more drinks (there are cup holder esqe spaces in the door but not as convenient) and the middle section is obscured.
