I had finally ordered some stuff for my Pruis at the end of August. I had received no e-mail from them except for the day I ordered to say the order was sent to the distributor or distributers. Now t's been over a week and I was getting antsy to hear something on when my items would ship. I got on the site and gave them a piece of my mind. Like faster service, better response blah, blah, customer blah. :angry: I haven't heard from them yet but ....... Guess what was delivered today? Yep, my Prius stuff. If I had a sword, I'd fall on it but alas. Anyway, I want to say here that their service was fast and efficient like I told them it should be. PruisChat Shop 1 ... Dragonfire Zip, nada, bupkiss.
