There is an alaskan cruise line that advertises up here, emphasizing the $60 million they spent on upgrades to their ships to reduce pollution, their constantly-present environmental director, and apparently, their buses run cleaner than my Prius. They cite their EGR system, which recycles some of the unburnt exhaust back through the engine. This is one time where I can unequivocally say, "My Prius is cleaner than your bus!"
