It sounds more like an argument for constitutional concealed carry. The constitution gives the right to bear arms but not the right of the government to restrict that.
Internal Combustion Engines? ^ THIS is why there should be licensing and training requirements for a CCP!!! First of all, an 8" pump action shotgun requires a little more paperwork than just a CCP. Also, shotguns not 'drop safe' OR 'carry safe' and after you shoot yourself in the foot (that is a common saying for a REASON!) you will very likely be too rattled (or injured) to remember WHY they call them "PUMP Shotguns." You will ALSO probably discover the real reason for they use the term 'going commando.'
