Hello everyone! So I replaced my headgasket and my 2013 prius runs pretty good but it has a bit of a flutter, like its just off a bit and its showing a code for the throttle position sensor and crank position sensor. When I was reassemble the 1st time I put the chain tensioner in it didn't expand as it should so I took it out and oiled it a bit and the 2nd time it worked as it should. I didn't replace the timing chain. My car has 144k
I am thinking maybe start with the tensioner but I thought I would ask here and see what y'all have to say.

Did you use a scanner or diagnostic device to read the error codes?
Can you post a scan sheet with the error codes and parameters that were recorded.
How do these errors manifest themselves, are the lights on, does the car not work, etc.?
